Fonthill vs Cumnor House 30th Sept 2009

 

The U9/8 Football team played Cumnor House on Wednesday 30th September. They won the toss and kicked off. In the first half, there was some good passing by Max Murphy and Toby Varney. Max scored a goal. Then Toby Crisp and I scored one more each to make the score 3 -0 at half time.

In the second half, we continued to score goals. First from Toby Sammarco, then 2 more from Max and another from me,  to make the final score of 7 – 0.

Thomas Lawler only touched the ball once as our goal keeper! After that he was leaning against the post! Thank you to Mr Blackmore and Mr. Simmonds for refereeing and coaching us and Mrs Blackmore for the lovely match tea.
